CNBC Newsroom

The newsroom is the backdrop for the dayside live studio programs. The upgrades included improved and expanded on-air positions within the newsroom, a trading desk environment, and increasing capacity.

Showtime Networks

A 3-phase project to construct new audio/edit room suites and equipment room within a 5 month window in existing office space at the corporate headquarters for Showtime Networks.

NBC Universal

A 5-phase interior alteration project, in a 24/7 mission critical facility, to provide NBCUniversal with upgraded facilities for their Broadcast Operations Center for the 2014 Olympics.

Travel Channel

A 50,000 SF multi-phase, construct-in-place, renovation project to create a new post production area that included a re-stack of existing departments and accommodation for future growth.

Country Music Television

A 30,000 SF interior renovation project to institute corporate furniture and space standards, create a multi-use meeting area, space for CMT radio & to accommodate expansion of the technical areas.

St. John’s University Arena

Alterations included new bleachers, customized court installation, upgraded concession area, new ticketing office, branded lobby expansion, new scoreboard, sound system & lighting for HD broadcasts.

Pratt Institute School of Fashion

A 3-phase, 30,0000 SF renovation for the School of Fashion in a 100-year-old building. The renovation included new studios, improved lighting, and wide corridor for displays & critiques.

St. John’s University Lab

In a 3-month window an existing teaching lab was converted to multi-function for Bio Chemistry and Organic Chemistry needs, create space for instrument room, and support new infrastructure & AV.

Pratt Institute Townhouses

Renovation of 100-year-old, three level townhouses for student housing required for the start of the Fall semester. Project addressed structural issues, roof, floor leveling, masonry wall rebuilds & more.

Pratt Institute Main Building

A gut renovation of the landmarked main building, originally constructed in 1887, due to a fire which destroyed the upper floor with water damage throughout.

Boston University

Interior renovation to create a multi-functional facility for fund raising, campus tours, student recruitment, alumni gatherings, exhibit hall, display area of historical university artifacts plus a pantry and bathrooms.

Saturday Night Live

Developed a program, budget and schedule to perform a 35,000 SF interior renovation project for SNL office space located at Rockefeller Plaza. Project will be performed in 2 phases during Summer hiatus.
