Townhouse Renovations

This renovation to student dorms was a gut renovation of 100-year-old landmarked townhouses for conversion into student housing required for the start of the fall semester. There were numerous structural issues that needed to be addressed that included joist and beam replacement, roof replacement, chipping beam pockets for leveling of floors and exterior wall rebuilding.

The exterior work included new 2 story bay window, new entrances, new rear porches, patio, exterior stairs, new windows and lintel/sill replacement, new side walk, retaining walls, landscaping and street lights. The interior work consisted of finishing 3 levels with the main level consisting of a bathroom, living room and kitchen, the 2nd and 3rd floors, each floor, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and basement finished with new heating/AC unit, electrical service, water heater and utility connections from the street.
