Saturday Night Live

Renovation Program

This 35,000 SF interior renovation project is for the Saturday Night Live office space located at Rockefeller Plaza.

SNL is in its 38th year and has remained in the same location and on the same floor since it’s inception. The general appearance of the space looks worn, dated, cramped and dark. The main objective for the project is to provide an enriched appearance that will symbolize the show’s amazing success and embody its 38 year history.

The renovations will include new furniture, alterations to increase circulation and workflow, carpeting, finishes, ceiling and lighting, window replacements, sprinkler installation, MEP upgrades and to create a branded theme tying the various spaces together. The project will be performed over two Summers due to the short summer hiatus for the show.
