Interior Alteration Project

30,000 SF interior renovation project to allow for expansion and to free office area allowing for technical area expansion.

The new space includes perimeter workstations and interior offices, pantry, storage, radio studio, new internal stair, informal meeting areas, and a multi-purpose conference room to support; training, company meetings, and video conference with flexibility to divide the room into 2 smaller conference areas.

The scope on the existing technical floor included new video and audio edit rooms once the office area was vacated.

Provided project management for the programming, schedule, budget development, consultant selection, bid process, planning, design, construction, and move-in.

Incorporated the MTV Networks objective of using best practices regarding sustainability.
